Leadership Coaching

Erica starts each client engagement by defining professional and personal goals. She uses a variety of assessment tools to enhance clients self awareness so they can lead on purpose. These include Extended DISC, StrengthFinders, Kolbe, Myer Briggs Type Indicator, Intercultural Development Inventory, Generational Cohort Model, and Conflict Management Style. She often uses vision boarding, lifecycle telling and action planning to help clients develop their future orientation, growth mindset, agency and skills to turn their dreams into reality.

Coaching Topics include: Career Planning, Navigation Transitions, Increasing Emotional Intelligence, Aligning with Purpose, Managing Conflict, Improving Interpersonal Relationship (work pairs and couples).

Team Development

Erica believes in the power of high performing teams to change the world. She facilitates high impact, engaging workshops for teams members to reflect on purpose, deepen trust and grow beyond limits. She uses the Drexler Sibbet model of team performance to assess what ingredients are needed for groups to exceed their own expectations. She works with teams to help them develop a shared vision, defined roles and measuring goals.

Workshops can be customized to each clients goals and are offered for 2 or more team members in a variety of formats, including 1/2 day and full day sessions, and multi-day series.

Organizational Learning

Erica uses an Organization Lifecycle Stage Assessment to capture stakeholder feedback and determine priority areas for organizational capacity building across a variety of domains. This 360 assessment includes an action plan for implementation, performance outcomes for evaluation of efforts, and a complimentary coaching session to review the result. Erica facilitates Strategic Planning Sessions and uses a variety of graphic visualization tools and planning approaches to meet your organizational goals. Erica custom designs learning experiences and tools for organizations to help them grow in targeted contented areas, such as generational preferences in the workplace, leading in a global workplace, pushing beyond your comfort zone, and understanding work style differences.
